Shipping Policy
All O Blooms items are sent with discreet shipping; no labels, tags or anything else that could bring attention to the package.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Your order will be sent to the shipping address you have nominated at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this is correct, so make sure you triple check this when filling out all of your information.
O Blooms is not responsible for any delays, damaged products or lost products during the shipping process. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact hello@obloomsociety.com
Orders may end up returned to us for reasons including, but not limited to, taxes and duties unpaid, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office etc. In this case, please email hello@obloomsociety.com to arrange a redelivery. Please note, you may be required to pay for additional shipping.
