Refund Policy

People change their minds, that's totally normal! You can return your order to us for a full refund within 14 days if the hygienic seal is unopened. Make sure you are careful! Once opened you will be unable to return. Please email hello@obloomsociety.com with a photo of your unopened box to organise a return. If you do send your product back to us once opened, O Blooms will not refund you. Please note shipping charges for international orders will not be refunded.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with hello@obloomsocety.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a solution for you.
